Resumes, employment history, salary details, preferences, certifications, Aadhaar/PAN (when mandated), interview feedback, and assessment scores.
Client Information
Company details, contact persons, hiring mandates, billing information, and statutory compliance documents for payroll/contract staffing projects.
Website Analytics
Technical logs, device information, and cookie data to secure our platform and enhance user experience. We do not perform behavioural advertising.
Sensitive Data
Background verification reports, medical declarations, or financial details are collected only when required by law or by client contracts, and processed under strict consent.
How We Use Personal Data
- To evaluate candidate suitability, schedule interviews, and share shortlisted profiles with authorised client contacts.

We do not sell or rent personal data. Any marketing communication is limited to our recruitment services and users can opt out at any time.

Information is shared only with vetted clients, background verification partners, or statutory authorities on a need-to-know basis.
Retention & Disposal
Profiles are retained for three years from last interaction unless a longer retention is required by law or explicit consent is obtained.
Data Subject Rights

- Ask for corrections, updates, or deletion of your profile from our database.
- Limit processing for specific mandates or withdraw consent entirely.
- Raise grievances related to privacy practices with our Data Protection Officer.
We respond to requests within 15 working days, subject to verification of the requester’s identity.
International Transfers
When roles involve overseas stakeholders, we may transfer data to clients located outside India. Such transfers are governed by contractual clauses ensuring equivalent protection, and candidates are informed before data is shared.
